Atlas Amp — Hell Update

New Ampheads

Atlas Amp now includes two new ampheads:

• Winter — Clean/Dirt
  
  

• Hell — High Gain
  
  

The amp section has also been redesigned with reworked amp visuals, cleaner amp head buttons, and a refreshed Amp Page icon.

Bigger Tone Control

This update adds several new tone-shaping tools:

• Dynamic Amp Response

• Air control on the Cab Page
  
  

• Post-Gate option to place the gate after the pedals
  
  

• Post HPF and LPF sliders on the Pedals Page
  
  

• Global EQ for live use with saveable profiles
  
  

Global EQ works together with the new Stage View. It lets you quickly adjust presets for live situations without changing the original preset you made at home, in the studio, or in a mix.

New Stage View for Live Use

A new Stage View Panel has been added for live performance.

It puts the most important controls in front of you and makes the plugin easier to use on stage. You can also add colored borders to presets, making it easier to recognize sounds quickly during a live set.

New Pedals and FX

New pedals and effects have been added:

Reworked FX Circuits

Several effects have been improved:

• Reworked Chorus circuit

• Reworked Delay circuit

• Reworked Ringmod circuit

• Reworked Reverb circuit

• Reworked Pitch Shifting with around 60% less CPU usage

• Improved Ringmod frequency slider

• Fixed Reverb output jump and popping when reactivated

• Delay default time changed from 1/64T to 1/8

• Tremolo Sync is now enabled by default

• Tremolo now supports 1/64

• Added Pitch Stepping buttons

Better Output and More Headroom

The output section has been reworked for better headroom.

Atlas Amp may now sound quieter than before, but the signal is safer, cleaner, and gives more space for mixing and mastering.

Because of this change, older projects may need a small output level adjustment.

Also added:

• Reworked output level circuit

• Smart Output Level Compensation when the Cab block is disabled

Cab Page and IR Loader Updates

The Cab Page has been reworked for better workflow and control.

New Cab Page improvements:

• Added phase icon

• Cab Blend text now fades when the Cab Page is disabled

• Custom IRs now appear separately in the IR Loader list

• Added more IRs by Donlon Audio and Emre Güldane

The Cab Blend is also smarter now.
If Blend is set fully left, the second IR block is disabled.
If Blend is set fully right, the first IR block is disabled.
This is also shown visually.

EQ Page Updates

Faster Preset Workflow

Preset handling is now faster and more comfortable.

New preset features:

• Added instant Save button

• Old Save button renamed to Save As...

• Preset Panel now has a grey outline by default and on hover

• Fixed preset sorting on macOS

• If you delete a preset, the next preset now loads automatically

• Last used page is now saved when reopening the plugin

Tuner Rework

The tuner has been redesigned and improved.

Changes include:

• New Tuner button icon

• Tuner button moved before the Input knob

• Added Input Mute button

• Input Mute now toggles instantly

MIDI Improvements

MIDI has been cleaned up and improved.

• Fixed MIDI learning bug

• Fixed MIDI function behavior

• Reworked parameter names

• Parameters are now easier to read

• Fixed issue where pedal boxes could appear incorrectly while changing presets with the MIDI panel open

Complete UI Rework

Atlas Amp has received a full visual and workflow update.

UI improvements include:

• Complete UI rework

• Reworked amp designs

• Reworked Cab Page

• Reworked Pedal Boxes

• Reworked License Panel

• Reworked Standalone Audio Settings window

• Page buttons and AmpHead buttons moved to the upper area

• Resize icon moved next to the MIDI button

• Added more scaling options

• Added smart scaling on first open, so the plugin fits your monitor automatically

The plugin now prevents resizing beyond your screen size, helping avoid windows opening off-screen.

License and Trial Mode

The License Panel has been reworked.

New license features:

• Added 14-day Trial Mode (not available offline)

• Added offline use for up to 360 days before renewal is required (full license only)

Standalone App Improvements

The Standalone App now includes:

• Reworked Audio Settings window

• BPM selector for Tremolo and Delay

Fixes and Polishing

This update also includes many fixes and smaller improvements:

• Fixed enabled states for Pre Pedals, Main Pedals, and Post-Pedals after restarting the plugin

• Fixed disabled panel and LED behavior

• Fixed pedal LEDs being temporarily toggleable

• Fixed FFT labels sometimes appearing

• Fixed DI Rekak LED bounds so it no longer touches the toggle button

• Added Compressor LED indicator

• Reverb knobs now show “%” suffixes

• Input, Pitch Shift, Gate, and Tremolo sliders now react better on hover

• Atlas Amp knobs behavior has been tweaked to feel more realistic

• Tuner, preset list, cab box, pedal boxes, and audio settings window have all been cleaned up
